Zara and Primark Haul June 2014

Hello!

I had a fantastic time in Brighton (you can read about that here), and whilst I didn't get to shop as much as I liked, I still picked up some lovely items that I want to share with you.

Firstly, I went to Zara, and as they are having their sale on I had to grab a few bargains.

The first thing I bought was this gorgeous floral dress, that’s has a top tier and then the bottom tier. I love the colours on this dress, and think it’s perfect for a summer and you could team it with a blazer and heels to wear as a guest to a Summer wedding. This dress was £29.99 in the sale, usual price £39.99, it was available online but is currently sold out on their website.

I also bought this blue blouse, I really love blouses and the design of this is really nice. It’s completely see-through so you’d need to wear a cami under it, but it’s so light and airy that it is the perfect top for summer. Can be worn to work or as a smart day top. This Zara blouse was £22.99, and is currently only available in store as it is also sold out online.

My final Zara purchase was their Los Angeles summer perfume. You can read my more extensive review on this perfume, but I have to say this is the perfect cheap summer fragrance at online £12.99. I had a whiff of all the other womens Zara perfumes and this one really stood out to me, it’s fruity and just smells of summer! It is also long lasting, and when I last wore it I could keep smelling it on me throughout the day, which was great.

I then went to Primark and bought a new Purse as my old one had broken whilst we were away. I didn’t want to spend too much on a purse as I was on holiday and knowing me if I bought a designer purse I’d end up losing it, but I urgently needed one. I wasn’t that bothered by the design of this purse at first, but actually it’s really compact and fits in my tiny handbag perfectly. At £4 it’s a bargain too so I’m really happy I bought it and can see myself using it a lot.

I also found these bracelets or anklets (I’m not entirely sure which they are!), in the jewellery section, and they are so cute. I was trying to find understated jewellery, as usually I go for big statement accessories and so I wanted to get something that I could wear at any time. These accessories were only £2, and are really cute.

I didn’t buy anything else exciting, but as I was in need of some hair ties, the best place to get them from is Primark as they are so cheap at £1 for a load of hair ties. With my long hair I have to constantly tie it up.

Brighton has a whole range of fantastic shops from the usual Zara, H&M and Primark, to the quirky and unique shops selling art, sticks or rock or alternative fashion. Sadly I didn’t get to shop half as much as I’d like, especially being the only girl on the trip, but I still found a bit of time to buy a few great items that I love.

I hope you liked this mini haul post, I’ll be making a YouTube video for this and will let you know once I have If you haven’t already, why not read about my trip to Brighton, and leave me a comment telling me if you’ve ever been and where your favourite place to visit is.

Lots of love,

Samantha Dawn
